Client Talk and Anna Lake Insight merge

Client Talk, a leading provider of client listening and business development training and coaching, has announced that it is to merge with Anna Lake Insight, a consultancy specialising in Client Listening and CX strategy.

This strategic merger will strengthen client listening capabilities and offer an enhanced suite of training and consulting services to clients to clients across professional services and beyond.

Client Talk is a coaching-powered consultancy that uses active listening and psychology to enhance relationships, create innovate training programmes and deliver deep insights. The merger will be seamlessly integrated with Anna Lake Insight’s consulting services which aim to improve clients’ experience via sophisticated client listening programmes. 

This combination will provide organisations with a comprehensive approach to understanding and addressing the needs of their clients and other stakeholders, ultimately driving stronger relationships, improved performance and growth, Claire and Anna told PM.
