The Consultants Club was launched (15 January) creating a network that will offer opportunities for consultants and professional services firms to collaborate, build and share knowledge.
Managed by PSM The Professionals, the Consultants Club recognises the growth, increased specialisation and growing importance of the consultancy market in helping professional services firms deliver on their ambitions.
The launch was attended by 30 consultants and marketing and BD directors at the central London offices of accountants Mercer & Hole.
With an already growing membership, The Consultants Club will include three core strands:
– The Professionals magazine, where we showcase the very best from our industry
– The Circus, a programme of events
– The Consultants Club, where consultants can work together to grow their business
Susanne Puglsey, founder of PSBD and a director of PSM The Professionals, said: “The professional services consultancy market has exploded in recent years and has grown equally in specialism and sophistication. There are now specialist consultants supporting professional services firms at all levels – from partner to trainee and marketing exec to CMO.
“Yet many consultancy business remain small, sometimes through design and sometimes because it is hard to grow. The Consultants Club is now here for you.”
Matt Baldwin, managing director of Coast Communications and a director of PSM The Professionals adds: “We were thrilled by the reception to the launch of The Consultants Club. There is a real appetite for collaboration, networking and learning from each other.”
The Consultants Club’s next event will be on the 11 February where Claire Mason, a successful entrepreneur, NED and founder of Man Bites Dog will speak about her journey from start-up to award-winning global thought leadership consultancy. To join us visit The Circus.
