Client listening specialist Anna Lake has won the prestigious ‘Game Changer’ award at the annual Devon and Plymouth Chamber of Commerce awards. This category recognised an individual who has turned an idea into a successful and sustainable business.
Anna focuses on conversational client listening for professional services firms which helps to unlock growth from existing clients and attract new business. She spent a number of years at Deloitte, was previously responsible for BDO’s ‘Exceptional Client Service’ agenda and now works with firms across the UK and internationally uncovering valuable and actionable insight from their clients.
