Accountants James Cowper Kreston has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women 2025 by Great Place to Work UK – the global authority on workplace culture.
UK’s Best Workplaces celebrates organisations that are committed to creating a consistently positive experience for all employees, with a particular focus on the workplace experiences of women. Companies are assessed not just on how well represented women are within the organisation, but also on how fairly they’re treated, how inclusive the culture is, and whether their voices are heard and valued.
To determine the 2025 list, Great Place to Work analysed confidential survey feedback from thousands of women across the UK, alongside rigorous evaluations of company policies and practices.
James Cowper Kreston’s inclusion reflects our ongoing commitment to building a workplace where women are supported to thrive at every level – from early careers right up to senior leadership. Women within the firm comprise 57% of all of our staff, with up to 40% at director level being female, 30% at partner level and one of our Managing Partners is also a woman.
