Accountants, business and wealth advisers Kreston Reeves has today published its B Corp™ and environment, social and governance (ESG) impact reports. Their publication is coordinated to mark the firm’s first anniversary of achieving B Corp™ certification.
During the past 12 months the firm has achieved B Corp™ certification, maintained its carbon neutral status, achieved a top 100 apprenticeship employer status, introduced term-time only contracts, introduced top tier maternity and adoption leave policies, reduced its gender pay gap and scored 8.2 out of 10 in its people engagement survey, to name a few.
Additionally, the firm continues to align activities to support four United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); good health and wellbeing (SDG3), quality education (SDG4), reducing inequalities (SDG10) and climate action (SDG13).
The firm’s progress was recognised at the annual Accounting Excellence Awards, winning the inaugural ‘Pride Award – ESG’.
