Global law firm Kennedys has appointed Lucy Rao as Global Business Development Director. In this newly established role, she will oversee the firm’s Pursuits, Clients & Markets, and CRM teams, comprising more than 30 business development professionals across the globe.
Prior to joining Kennedys, Lucy spent 10 years at Allen & Overy, followed by four years at Boodle Hatfield as Business Development and Marketing Director. She brings a wealth of global experience, having worked in Australia and operated across the UK, APAC, Europe and the US. Her experience includes creating and delivering global BD strategy, building and driving client targeting and relationship management programmes, as well as leveraging data to drive business development. She will play an instrumental role in driving the client strand of Kennedys’ refreshed global strategy.
