MyCustomerLens shortlisted for Best Technology Product in legal awards

A company that uses artificial intelligence to provide businesses with real-time client feedback insights, has been nominated for a prestigious award for its work with some of the UK’s biggest legal firms.

Glasgow-based MyCustomerLens – which works with legal and other professional services firms – has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Technology Product’ category at The Lawyer Awards 2024.

It is the only company on the eight-strong shortlist whose products or services are focused on the business, rather than the practice, of law.

Led by data specialist Paul Roberts, MyCustomerLens is an ‘always-on’ client listening platform for law firms seeking a competitive advantage.

The proprietary software assists legal practices in planning and making informed decisions, based on real-time information about how they are perceived by their clients.

The nomination recognises work done by MyCustomerLens last year for firms, including Shoosmiths, Murgitroyd and Tozers.

Using its platform, the firms were able to apply dedicated AI algorithms to instantly unify and report on the voice of their clients.

Roberts told The Professionals: “The resulting insights enabled marketing, business development and client teams to discover and respond to evolving client needs and expectations.

“We are delighted to be recognised for the value we have provided to these firms, helping them to constantly monitor and respond to what their clients are feeling and saying about them.

“LegalTech has traditionally been defined as technology to support lawyers with their day-to-day work. So, it’s exciting to see we have been recognised for enabling firms to monitor and improve their broader client experiences.”

The Lawyer Awards, which recognise excellence across the legal industry, received more than 400 entries across 26 categories.

The winners will be chosen at a ceremony at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel in London on June 18.
